The Centre for Eye Health provides access to the latest diagnostic instrumentation for assessing the structural and functional integrity of the eye and visual pathways. This document includes a list and brief description of the instrumentation currently available for use upon referral by registered health-care practitioners. It is envisaged that additional equipment will be purchased during the future operation of the Centre.

To refer to Centre for Eye Health, optometrists or ophthalmologists must first register by completing the Registration Form. Upon receipt of a completed form, a referrer welcome pack will be sent with referral forms and instructions.
